Does Frequent Polish Damages the Original Color?

I park my car in an open space. So its get dirty very fast. So I normally wash it everyday and polish it atleast once a week. I heard that frequent polish damages the original color of the car. Is it true?

Definitely frequent polishing for more shine in actual damages the actual finishing and shining of your car color. The various types of VAX used to polish the car may have a small dust particles which repeatedly get scrubbed on the car color and damages it.

Obviously frequent polishing causes for damaging the actual color. Try to not park your car in direct sun light as much as possible.
